Today they will be dilating Kiera's esophogus again and then they will begin the feeding protocol to help with her feeding. They are pretty sure she has dumping syndrome and it can be treated by adding some different foods to her formula.
They would have tried feeding yesterday but in the morning they said she would be slated for surgery sometime on Thursday but that time never came. So she fasted all day for nothing.
If she tolerates the feeds well today and tomorrow she should get a weekend pass or even a discharge on Saturday.
